Amanda founded Vandenbergh Home Group to do real estate a little differently, with the resources of a major brokerage and the heart of someone who genuinely cares how your move turns out. She partners with buyers and sellers across Austin and the surrounding area, guiding each client with clear advice, honesty, steady communication, and sharp negotiation.
What sets her apart is what happens after the deal closes: a portion of every commission goes to a cause her client chooses. It is a commitment to the families she serves and to the community they all call home.
Amanda and her family made Austin home in 2019, and she has been putting down roots ever since. As a mom of three boys, she knows exactly what a move means for a family, the logistics, the school decisions, the hundred small details, and she brings that lived experience to every client she serves. When she is not working, you will find her on the sidelines at her kids’ games or out enjoying everything the Austin area has to offer.
